- Participation on the Executive Committee for County Committee
- Voting on Democratic Party Leadership
- Choosing local judicial candidates
- Staffing poll sites
- Influencing policies for local Democratic Party’s structure and function
- District Leaders are automatically County Committee Members and shall have the right to participate and vote in meetings of the County Committee and in meetings of any subcommittee
